Check-In

Early Check-In on Friday

The campus will not be open to participants before Saturday. Those that arrive on Friday can get their conference bag with lots of donated goodies upon arriving in Mechelen.

The early check-in desk will be at café Friends right across the square from the exit of Mechelen's main station. It's open starting 16:00.

From there you can get to the hostel or hotel on foot or by bus.

We will sell 10-trip cards for the train to get to the campus as well as a bus card to travel to and from the hostels. These can also be bought at the train station or the office next to the bus stops.

Check-In at the campus

During the weekend you can check in at the info desk in the conference building.

Starting Monday morning you should go to the team room on the first floor (1x up the stairs) of the A-wing in the main builing. This is where the computer labs and BoF rooms are.
